What Our Clients Say

Trusted by athletes and active adults across Keller and North Fort Worth

If I could give 10 stars I would...Dr. Ryan is the best! I came in having 6 months of knee pain due to an injury, and after exhausting all my resources on other treatments, I am finally pain free due to him! He knows exactly what to do with your specific injury to make you feel so much better. Go see him!

I was skeptical at first but when I started physical therapy I was amazed how different Elevation Athletics isI than other physical therapy. Bailey Swanks helped me with challenging exercises and the dry needling definitely helped. Within 10 visits my hip pain was gone. Thank you Bailey, you rock!

Van Inman

Helped eliminate shoulder pain in just a couple visits and has greatly helped strengthen the muscles to keep the pain from reoccurring!

Ryan is amazing! I had been dealing with shoulder pain for almost 2 years, and only 1 visit in my shoulder felt worlds better. Now that I have completed my program, I have 0 pain and can perform all CrossFit and swimming moves with only the *normal* pain that those movements provide. :) Thanks, Ryan!!

Very grateful for Dr. Whitney. I had issues with both of my shoulders and had seen multiple specialists over the course of nearly a year with some improvement, but still had pain prior to getting PT with Dr. Whitney. By the end of my therapy, I was not only pain free, but stronger and far more confident in my shoulders than I have been in years. I cannot recommend her enough.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with Elevation Athletics.

Why Elevation Athletics?

At Elevation Athletics you will be seen for 1 hour by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. You will not be handed off to an untrained tech. You will get results quicker. More time 1 on 1 with you, the faster you get results. We will provide you with the knowledge and skills to remain pain free as long as possible. You get treated by Doctors who are athletes and will NOT tell you to stop or slow down.

Do I need a referral to be seen by Elevation Athletics?

Your treatment sessions will vary based on your goals. Your first evaluation our Doctors will provide you a diagnosis, plan of care, and start to begin treatment. Our treatment model does not include boring or pointless movements. We utilize barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and various manual therapy approaches to get you back as fast as possible. We have also been known to hit new PR's with our patients during their plan of care!

What is "Out-of-Network" Physical Therapy?

In an out of network treatment model, our physical therapists enter an agreement with you to provide treatment that was agreed upon by both parties. Customers will pay at the time of service and there will be no hidden costs, fees, or surprise bills. This model allows us to provide a totally unique and different approach, allowing one-on-one care specifically tailored to your goals.

How does Out of Network Physical Therapy work?

Working with an Out of Network practice, customers pay using actual cash, checks, HSA or FSA funds, or credit/debit cards. You can also submit the receipts to your insurance company that will be paid directly back to you from the insurance carrier. With the exception of Medicare, Medicaid, or some HMO's, many insurance companies provide reimbursement for services received from "out of network" physical therapists. Out of Network does not mean the Physical Therapist is short on education or has less qualifications. All of our providers on staff have Doctorate level training and we choose this model to provide the best healthcare possible to our clients living in North Fort Worth, Texas.
