Amy Craft
CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Amy comes with a background of expertise in strength training. She developed a passion for Olympic weightlifting during her training in different gyms from San Antonio to Jenks, OK and presently in the North Forth Worth/Keller area. Amy holds credentials as a CrossFit L1 trainer, USA Weightlifting L1 coach, and is currently pursuing a Precision Nutrition L1 certification.
Amy maintains a balanced lifestyle outside of the gym by spending quality time with her husband, 2 sons, and 2 dogs. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and dinning out.
Amy's wealth of knowledge and experience in multiple training programs is valuable to our team. We cannot wait for you guys to meet her and welcome her to the team!
DR. RYAN PEREZ
PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CF-L1, CERT. DN, OWNER
Dr. Ryan Perez, PT is a Physical Therapist and founder of Elevation Athletics. He holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with certifications including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dry Needling Certification (Cert. DN), FMS, and RockTape. He's also trained in CrossFit rehab approaches and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization.
Dr. Bailey Inman
PT, DPT, CF-L1, Cert. DN
Dr. Bailey Inman is a board certified physical therapist with specialty training in both mens and women’s pelvic health. She received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas Woman's University and her Doctorate degree from the University of Texas El Paso. Bailey has completed extensive specialty training in pelvic floor physical therapy. She is skilled at working with all genders to treat pelvic floor dysfunctions such as incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain. She has focused on evaluating and treating the pregnant and postpartum athlete, particularly with barbell and CrossFit considerations. She has also obtained her Dry Needling Certification (Cert. DN) through Integrative Dry Needling in order to treat a variety of pain inducing conditions and promote tissue recovery. She holds her CrossFit Level 1 certification in which she uses her knowledge to better treat CrossFit populations.
Prior to joining Elevation, Bailey practiced in a pelvic health specialty clinic before expanding her scope into general orthopedic and sports rehab. She enjoys working with athletes of all experience levels to optimize performance, core stability, and body awareness. Her passion is changing norms and beliefs surrounding women in sports and fitness. She was raised in North Texas and played softball for Flower Mound High School. Since graduation she has kept active with regular weight training and exercise. She enjoys traveling for hiking or kayaking trips as well as partaking in a variety of leisure sports such as soccer and sand volleyball. When she is not traveling or working out, you will find her on a patio listening to a band or going country dancing with her husband.
Dr. Whitney Costello
PT, DPT, CF-L1, Cert. DN
Dr. Whitney Costello is a highly skilled and board-certified Physical Therapist, dedicated to optimizing the health and well-being of individuals through her extensive knowledge and experience in outpatient orthopedics. She is committed to delivering personalized and effective patient care. Whitney holds an Associates of Arts degree from Kilgore College, a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy from Texas State University, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas State University. Her academic journey has laid the foundation for her exceptional clinical skills and patient-centered approach. She is certified in dry needling (Cert. DN) through the Spinal Manipulation Institute and has pursued specialty training in working with fitness athletes through ICE Physio. She holds her CrossFit Level 1 certification in which she uses her knowledge to better treat CrossFit populations.
Prior to joining Elevation Athletics, Whitney practiced for 3 years in an outpatient orthopedic clinic treating various musculoskeletal conditions across all age groups. Whitney finds joy in working with athletes of all fitness levels and ages. Her goal is to assist them in returning to their sport at the highest level of performance. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Whitney's journey into movement and wellness began early, as she started dancing at the age of 3. She served as the captain of the Central High School Lightning Dancers and was a proud member of the 73rd line of the Kilgore College Rangerettes. This background not only shaped her commitment to physical activity but also instilled discipline and teamwork. Outside of work, Whitney is an outdoors enthusiast, finding joy in activities like hiking and working out. She values quality time with friends and family and is always planning her next international adventure. This holistic approach to life contributes to her well-rounded perspective and enhances her ability to connect with patients on a personal level.
Dr. Emily Krenek
ACL/Knee | Soccer athletes | LE athletes
Dr. Emily Krenek is a board certified Physical therapist with over 5 years of experience in
outpatient orthopedics. She received her Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences at West Texas
A&M and received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Mary Hardin Baylor. She
is certified in dry needling (Cert. DN) through the Spinal Manipulation Institute and has pursued
a specialty training in working with fitness athletes through ICE Physio. She is currently finishing
up a certification in Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete (CMFA) through ICE Physio.
Prior to joining Elevation Athletics, Emily practiced for over 5 years in an outpatient orthopedic
clinic treating many different musculoskeletal conditions of all ages though she found herself
drawn to the younger population. She specialized in ACL rehabilitation and return to sport. She
finds her joy in working with athletes and getting them back to their sport as well as working on
prevention of future injury.
Born and raised in Belton, Texas, Emily began playing sports early, participating in competitive
gymnastics, volleyball, soccer and track and field. She went on to play collegiate soccer at West
Texas A&M where she was captain her last 2 years. Her career ended a little early her senior
year after tearing her ACL and having to undergo surgery. Her own injury is where her passion
for physical therapy grew and her love for treating ACLs post operative but also working on the
preventive side. Outside of work, Emily enjoys working out, reading a good book, going to
concerts and playing soccer with her dog.
