Meet Amanda Putnam!
Amanda is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people feel their best through balanced, realistic nutrition. She believes that healthy eating shouldn’t be complicated or restrictive—it’s all about finding what works for you and making small, sustainable changes that add up over time. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. She then continued at TWU to complete her dietetic internship and master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Nutrition.
Through our nutrition program, she will create a personalized nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and provide unlimited accountability to keep you progressing towards your goals. Whether you’re looking to improve energy levels, health metrics, sports performance, digestion, or just build a better relationship with food, Amanda is here to guide you with practical advice and
science-backed strategies.
When Amanda’s not working, you can find her in the CrossFit gym training for her next competition. She enjoys being outdoors, rock climbing, and going on walks. When it’s time to wind down, puzzles are her go-to activity.
